Our chain binders meet DOT specifications, the size, working load limit and breading strength are stamped on the handle of each binder. The entire assembly is powder coated. 3 8" 1 2" To be used with 3 8" Grade 70 or 1 2" Grade 43 Chain. The working load limit is 9,200 pounds. Each unit weighs 13 pounds.
